Clinic-Based Physiotherapy – Rehabilitation, pain management, and injury recovery in a clinical setting. Preventive Programs – Injury prevention, fall prevention, and ergonomic training to maintain physical well-being. Group Inclusive Leisure & Sports – Adaptive sports and group exercise programs promoting social engagement and active living.

What is the Breaking Ground & Making Waves program?This is our adaptive sports and recreation program designed for persons with disabilities, focusing on both land-based and water-based activities. It includes: Breaking Ground – Adaptive strength training, functional mobility exercises, and inclusive sports like wheelchair badminton and bowling. Making Waves – Aqua therapy, adaptive swimming, and kayaking to enhance mobility, balance, and cardiovascular fitness.
